THE INGREDIENTS
• 300gm Plain Flour - (you can replace this with gluten/wheat free flour if you prefer)
• 1 cup Castor sugar
• 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy -optional)
• 1 cup corn oil (Mazola)
• 1 egg yolk
THE METHOD
• 1 cup Castor sugar

• 1 egg yolk
THE METHOD
1• Add sugar to flour and mix
2• Add in Peanut Butter and mix
3• Add in Corn oil a little at a time and mix well
4• Mix to a dough
5• Once mixed well, form small balls and form a well in the middle.
6• Brush the egg yolk over the cookies
7• Oven in 180deg for 8-12 minutes
